Responsibilities

Oversee and improve rental warehouse operations, logistics, and inventory management
Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce costs
Ensure quality control and maintain high service standards across all operations
Lead, train, and inspire the operations team, fostering accountability and a positive team morale
Work on the floor when processing needs demand
Manage the property and facility maintenance, ensuring a well-maintained and efficient workspace
Identify and execute strategies for business growth and scalability
Work closely with leadership to develop long-term operational plans

Requirements

Knowledge of CRM, ability to communicate professionally clients

Rental Warehouse & Logistics Expert You have experience optimizing operations in a fast-paced, high-volume rental environment.

Qualifications

Experience Proven experience in warehouse operations management or a similar role.

Organizational Skills Strong time-management and coordination skills to maintain seamless operations.

Communication Excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively.

Physical Requirements Ability to lift and move heavy objects as needed for operational support.

Problem-Solving A proactive mindset to anticipate challenges and resolve issues promptly.

Technological Proficiency Familiarity with warehouse management software and industry-related technology.

Flexibility Must be willing to work on-site in Waterford, Michigan (this is a non-remote position).
