Team Responsibilities:
Process Optimization: Design, implement, and refine warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and scalability, supporting the growth of our business.
Quality Assurance: Develop and enforce standards to ensure all rental items meet our quality benchmarks before and after use.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and empower the warehouse team to meet production goals while fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
Problem-Solving: Identify operational bottlenecks and implement creative, practical solutions to enhance productivity and accuracy.
Inventory Management: Oversee inventory systems to ensure organization, accuracy, and seamless tracking of all rental items.
Safety & Organization: Maintain a safe, clean, and well-organized warehouse environment while adhering to all regulations and company policies.
