Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and experienced leader to oversee the daily operations of a single Fabulous Freddy's location. The role requires a dynamic leader who can effectively manage a team, drive operational efficiency, foster excellent customer service, and contribute to business growth. As Site Leader, you will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards, ensuring safety and compliance, and creating a fabulous work environment.

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Carry out and execute our Mission Statement: Uphold Fabulous Freddy's commitment to delivering a high-quality, convenient, and valuable service experience for every customer.

· Daily Operation of the Site: Ensure the efficient and smooth operation of both the car wash and convenience store, coordinating between departments as needed.

· Scheduling & Daily Reporting: Manage daily staff scheduling to ensure proper coverage and efficient operations. Oversee the completion of daily reporting tasks.

· Hiring and Training: Lead the recruitment process, ensuring that the location is staffed with motivated, qualified individuals. Oversee training programs for new and current employees, ensuring all staff is knowledgeable about operational procedures, customer service standards, and safety protocols.

· Knowledge and Adherence to Safety Procedures: Monitor safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and employees, complying with all relevant regulations.

· Work Directly with Department Supervisors on Goals & Expectations: Collaborate with department leads to set and track goals, ensure alignment with company objectives, and monitor progress.

· Employee Morale: Foster a positive and supportive work culture, ensuring that team members are motivated, engaged, and aligned with our mission.

· Customer Relations: Address customer needs, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a consistently positive experience for all visitors.

· Grow Profitability: Identify opportunities for operational improvements and efficiency to help increase sales and profitability. Monitor financial performance and work with the team to implement strategies that contribute to growth.

· Additional Duties as Assigned: Take on additional responsibilities as required, including special projects, seasonal initiatives, and any other tasks that support the growth and success of the business.

Job Requirements:

· Must be at least 21 years of age.

· Must be able to obtain all required work cards.

· 2 years of leadership experience.

· Must have a valid driver’s license.

· Strong leadership and management skills a must.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

· Physical ability to lift heavy items (50 lbs).

Salary: Starting at $55,000 - $65,000 per year
