Fabuwood is seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Technician to manage the operation and maintenance of CNC machinery. As the CNC Technician, you will be responsible for overseeing machine operations, ensuring optimal performance, and delivering high-quality output. You will collaborate with our production team, troubleshoot machine issues, and play a key role in maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. Responsibilities Ensure machines runs smoothly and can operate at capacity without issues Operator trainer Responsible for setting up machines to start a production cycle Controlling and adjusting machine settings (e.g. speed, bits) Inspecting parts with precision and measuring tools Testing operation of machines periodically Fixing issues that might occur during the shift Checking output to spot any machine-related mistakes or flaws Keeping records of approved and defective units or final products In charge of all reporting for maintenance and preventative-maintenance measures and routines Requirements and Qualifications : Proven experience as CNC operator Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measurement tools Ability to read and interpret mechanical documents and drawings Computer savvy with basic understanding of computer programming and CAD / CAM A keen eye for detail and results-driven approach Knowledge and past experience with Biesse Rover CNC is a big plus Benefits : Weekly pay Company Matching 401 (K) program Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Health Insurance Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Life Insurance Fabuwood Description : Fabuwood is the leading kitchen cabinet manufacturer in the United States.
