Key Responsibilities :
Respond to travel request inquiries and assist customers with travel options.
Process reservations.
Manage and update client reservation records.
Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
Collaborate with team members to enhance the customer experience.
Stay abreast of industry knowledge and current events
Requirements
Qualifications :
Previous experience in customer service is preferred.
