As a Travel Agent, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their travel arrangements, including booking flights, hotels, rental cars, and other travel-related services. You will work closely with clients to understand their preferences and requirements, providing personalized recommendations and ensuring a seamless travel experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Assist clients in planning and booking domestic and international travel itineraries.
• Research and recommend travel options based on clients' preferences, budget, and travel objectives.
• Handle inquiries and provide exceptional customer service via phone, email, and online chat.
• Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel suppliers to secure reservations and confirmations.
• Process payments, issue tickets, and manage booking changes and cancellations.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, regulations, and destination information.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and bookings  
• Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and deliver high-quality service to clients.
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and service standards to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; relevant college degree or certification is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, or travel-related industry preferred but not required.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in using computers, internet research, and reservation systems.
• Flexibility to work non-traditional hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Must be legally eligible to work in the United States and reside within the country.
• Must be 18 years or older
