- Work directly with clients to understand their vacation goals.
- Offer tailored travel options and itineraries based on client preferences.
- Book flights, hotels, and tours while ensuring the best rates.
- Maintain and grow client relationships
- Assist clients in itinerary formulation.
- Represent clients with any necessary supplier issues
- Assist clients in handling travel adjustments or emergencies.
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail.
