Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Laser Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating laser cutting machines, complete post cutting processes, operating press brakes, ensuring high-quality production standards, and maintaining safety protocols. This role requires a strong understanding of quality inspection processes to deliver precise components for various applications. A teachable mindset, a positive attitude, and willingness to work some overtime is essential.
Responsibilities
- Operate laser cutting machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Operate press brakes
- Perform quality inspections on finished products to ensure adherence to standards.
- Collaborate with the laser team to complete post cutting processes.
- Safely operate cranes and other material handling equipment as required.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all safety regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in laser cutting or related machining processes is preferred.
- Familiarity with CNC programming is a benefit.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform quality inspections effectively.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
