The Role: Skin Expert (Esthetician)

Our Skin Experts are responsible for delivering high-quality facial, brow, and lash services while creating a welcoming and uplifting environment for clients. Responsibilities
- Perform 40–50 minute facial services, including but not limited to dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, brow waxing, lash lifts, and tints.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and making personalized skincare recommendations.
- Explain, recommend, and sell FACE FOUNDRIÉ products to enhance client results.
- Actively educate clients on skincare, giving service recommendations and rebooking.
- Maintain strict State Board compliance by following all sanitation, safety, and hygiene protocols.
- Collaborate with team members to foster a fun, energetic, and inclusive environment and a high level of customer service.
- Attend mandatory training sessions and team meetings to stay up to date on industry trends, services, and best practices.
- Ensure all FACE FOUNDRIÉ standards are met, creating a polished and professional work environment.
- Assist with all in store operational tasks and processes, including service supply needs to ensure necessary items are always on hand.
- Assist the team as needed with social media, marketing, pop-ups, events, and promotions.
- Active Esthetician License (Required)
- Experience in dermaplaning, Hydrafacials, chemical peels, waxing, and tinting (Preferred)
- Proficiency with use of equipment needed to perform technical work
- Strong communication skills with a passion for educating and guiding clients
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Professional, detail-oriented, and motivated to achieve sales and service goals
- Availability for nights and weekends (Required)
- High school diploma or equivalent (Required)
