The Lead Front Bar Receptionist is responsible for creating a welcoming and inclusive experience for every guest that comes through the door. They are responsible for maintaining a positive environment and exceeding standards in guest services, phone etiquette and product and service recommendations.
As a Lead Front Bar Receptionist you will perform the following critical functions.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service, maintaining FACE FOUNDRI's core values.
- Accurately schedule appointments with extreme attention to detail, ensuring no errors.
- Monitor and verify 100% accuracy in transaction processing, including client information, payments, checkouts, and service records.
- Ensure all team members are following the correct protocols for check-out procedures to maintain transactional integrity.
- Lead by example in consistently meeting or exceeding sales goals set by the Manager.
- Act as a contact for the team regarding all sales and transaction-related queries, providing guidance and support.
- Proactively explain, sell, and recommend FACE FOUNDRI products to clients, ensuring a comprehensive and personalized experience.
- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to monitor inventory levels, promptly addressing when supplies are running low.
- Assist in the implementation of new training programs and operational procedures to improve team performance.
- Take a leadership role in the training and development of new front desk team members to ensure they are well-versed in check-out protocols, customer service standards, and operational procedures.
- Ensure the store adheres to the highest standards of cleanliness and organization at all times, addressing any issues immediately.
- Ensure all store and brand standards are met and maintained consistently, including cleanliness, organization, and customer service.
- Accurately follow and ensure adherence to all company timekeeping procedures for all team members.
- Lead and participate in mandatory training sessions and team meetings to stay up-to-date on company policies and service standards.
- Take responsibility for keeping the store clean, fully stocked, and organized during all shifts.
- Ensure a smooth operational flow, particularly during peak hours, to prevent bottlenecks and maintain efficiency at the front desk.
- Proactively address customer feedback and escalate any unresolved issues to management to ensure a positive guest experience.
