FACE FOUNDRI is a focused facial bar specializing in all things face; facials, lashes, brows and skincare. Our modern, open concept space promotes a welcoming and relaxing environment. There is a ton of growth potential within FACE FOUNDRI.
The Salon Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRI's goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Salon Manager helps create an environment that promotes customer service, client retention and employee development.
Responsibilities :
- Focus on the customer experience
- Assist in the interview process
- Train new and existing team members in service protocols, product knowledge and in-store processes
- Responsible for performing services on clients and leading by example
- Coach team members and assist in professional development
- Conduct monthly and annual reviews
- Assist in store's inventory
- Help with marketing efforts (including but not limited to social media videos)
- Meet financial metrics set by Leadership Team
- Participate in all trainings and staff meetings
- Report directly to the Owner
