FACE FOUNDRIE is an all inclusive focused facial bar that offers approachable services. We specialize in facials, lashes, brows, and skincare! And we are looking for a spa assistant to join our team and contribute to our continued success.
The Spa Assistant will work closely with our team of estheticians assisting with all backbar functions. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and state board standards, while also helping to prepare for client appointments to ensure smooth transition times.
As the Spa Assistant, you will perform the following critical functions.
Guest Service Experience (1 year)
Salon Experience Preferred
Job Type: Part Time
Availability: Friday - Sunday
Education: High School or equivalent
The Spa Assistant will work closely with our team of estheticians assisting with all backbar functions. They are responsible for maintaining cleanliness and state board standards, while also helping to prepare for client appointments to ensure smooth transition times.
As the Spa Assistant, you will perform the following critical functions.
- Demonstrate high standards of customer service and maintain standards of FACE FOUNDRIÉ.
- Work with the Salon Manager to notify when supplies are low.
- Assist in all backbar operational processes such as preparing service trays, making hot towels, restocking back bar supplies, and keeping up with laundry.
- Ensure backbar standards are adhered to at all times.
- Accurately follow all appointment timing procedures.
- Attend mandatory training and team meetings.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and hygiene procedures before, during, and after services to ensure board compliance.
