The Store Manager is responsible for meeting or exceeding FACE FOUNDRI goals through staff recruiting, training, and service and product sales. A Store Manager is responsible for creating an environment that exceeds standards of excellence in guest service, client outcomes, client retention, employee development, operational effectiveness, team culture, and local marketing efforts. The Store Manager reports directly to the store owner, and serves as the primary contact for all salon personnel, and serves as the Manager on Duty five days per week.
