Front Desk-Medical Spa

FACE Medspa "One of the most advanced med spas in the country" ~Forbes. is looking for an experienced management and sales all-star to play a major role in our day to day success. Outstanding room for growth into management for the right person! MEDICAL SPA EXPERIENCE REQUIRED.

• Participates in the day to day operations of the clinic to ensure the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently. Check in and check out for all appointments.
• Follows new and existing programs and procedures to improve services, operations and efficiencies. Implements "The FACE way".
• Handles all client situations with patience and poise.
• Ability to follow a script to ensure operational quality standards are met/exceeded.
• Upholds the FACE standards for the clinic.
• Ensures clinic appearance is first class at all times.

Will have an active role at the front desk. Responsibilities include booking new clients, consistently following up on client leads, selling the FACE difference and overall closing the sale.

Heavy phone and email interaction requires excellent communication skills, friendly demeanor and true passion that radiates through to the clients. MAC skills, use of spreadsheets and problem solving skills required.
