Job Summary : EPM for New Technology Introduction (NTI)
Meta Reality Labs is on the lookout for a skilled Engineering Program Manager (EPM) to join our New Technology Introduction (NTI) team! In this dynamic role, you will lead high-priority program initiatives while working on groundbreaking technology that stands as a pioneer in its field.
What You Bring :
- 6 years of experience as an EPM / TPM, with a solid background in managing hardware programs from initial concept to mass production.
- Proven experience in first-party product development, precisely defining requirements and managing program constraints through collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
- Expertise in developing consumer electronics from the ground up, with experience in both JDM and CM vendor engagement models.
- Thorough understanding of the requirements and development flow involved in building consumer electronics products.
- Hands-on engineering program management experience, driving system and module-level development as an individual contributor.
- Experience working with CM / JDM / ODM suppliers or critical component vendors.
- Strong problem-solving skills, organizational capabilities, and a commitment to continuous improvement.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively across diverse teams.
- Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple teams and projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (preferred) or a relevant engineering discipline, physics, or equivalent experience.
