Job Description : Hardware System Engineer (Touch Sensor Design & Testing)
Meta is seeking a Hardware Engineer with a background in to join their team in Sunnyvale, CA! This individual will be responsible for smart glass sensor bring-up / characterization / validation. This engineer will develop test systems to enable rapid evaluation and testing of sensor sub-systems.
Job Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, and test touch sensors for future implementation in Meta Smart Glasses
- Characterize and validate touch, proximity sensor, ambient light sensor, Inertial measurement unit for smart wearables.
- Optimize sensor performance based on validation result
- Documenting and presenting test results to engineering teams
- Working with cross-functional teams to assure that sufficient and accurate testing is implemented
