Duties
Perform a variety of aesthetic treatments, including facials and esthetic laser procedures, delivering remarkable results every time.
Offer personalized consultations, carefully assessing clients' skin care needs and recommending tailored services.
Maintain a pristine, organized treatment area, strictly adhering to health and safety standards.
Assist with front desk tasks, including scheduling appointments and managing client records in our company software.
Create a warm, inviting atmosphere that ensures every client feels valued and pampered.
Promote retail products and suggest additional services to boost client satisfaction and meet business goals.
Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up with the latest trends in the beauty industry and cosmetic procedures.
Qualifications
Valid esthetician license or certification in the state of practice.
Experience with esthetic laser treatments is a plus.
Strong hospitality or guest service background, providing every client with a positive, memorable experience.
Skilled in retail sales techniques and upselling.
Knowledgeable in cosmetology principles.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong client relationships.
Team player who is also self-driven and motivated.
