Facial Mania Med Spa is seeking a pro-active, experienced client service and sales oriented schedule coordinator to work in our new spa located in St. Petersburg, FL. The ideal candidate must be reliable, motivated, enthusiastic with excellent phone demeanor, strong sales & social media skills and proficient in CRMs and/or medical practice management systems.

Responsibilities/Duties (including but not limited to):
- Answer, screen and direct telephone calls, emails, text messages, messages from social media platforms
- Make daily outbound calls to confirm appointments and follow up on leads (no cold calling required, call volume on average is 150 calls per day)
- Greet customers and visitors and answer their general spa questions
- Register customers, verify and update data, assist customers in completing forms and document all the information received
- Explains services to the customers and collect payments
- Sell memberships and skin care products
- Create/post content for social media channels
Minimum Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail sales, setting appointments and call center environment
- Strong focus in customer service
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Pleasant and professional phone demeanor
- Ability to follow up and follow through
- Must be proficient with computers, social media and general office equipment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling client information
- Basic math skills for processing payments and handling cash transactions

Pay: $15.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
