The successful candidate will be responsible for directing, developing, and implementing corporate culture and employee relations programs and activities, maintaining employee benefits programs, informing employees of benefits, recommending benefit programs to management, developing policies, processes, and initiatives to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws, utilizing HR online portal software to process payroll, maintain employee database and employment files, and enforcing employee compliance testing for job training.
Key Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in HR leadership, strategic planning, and policy development. They will also be responsible for:
- Providing guidance to all levels of management and supervisory employees in the development and implementation of departmental goals supportive of the corporate vision.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must have a bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field and at least 5 years of HR management experience.
