Role Description
As an experienced field technician with Facilitex, you’ll be vital in delivering expert, on-site IT support to healthcare providers across NYC. This field-based role requires you to tackle various technical issues—from network configurations and system setups to troubleshooting VOIP and Microsoft Office 365. You’ll be clients' primary point of contact, delivering quick and reliable solutions and ensuring their operations run smoothly. This position involves regular travel to client sites, making strong customer service skills, technical expertise, and time management essential for success.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3 years in a field technician role within an MSP setting, ideally with healthcare clients.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, network setup (Fortinet and Meraki), and VOIP systems like RingCentral.
- Customer Service: Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to juggle multiple client needs and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Documentation: Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining accurate client records.
- Travel Requirements: Valid driver’s license and access to a car (mileage reimbursement provided).
