What are the responsibilities and job description for the Substitute Custodian position at FACILITIES- DISTRICT WIDE (SINGLE CAMPUS)?

Under direct supervision, the Substitute Custodian performs routine cleaning and other related tasks in Elementary, Middle and High schools, and/or other district-owned facilities. The individual performs heavy lifting and moving of furniture. The Substitute Custodian works under the direction of the Facilities Supervisor.

Qualifications:
- Knowledge of modern cleaning methods
- Knowledge and ability to use and care for cleaning materials and equipment
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate in a positive manner
- Must be in good physical condition
- Ability to lift 50lbs and work outdoors in variable weather conditions
- Previous experience preferred but not required
