Cleaning Crew Member - PART TIME

Facilities Maintenance Corp. is an established (and growing!) contract janitorial cleaning company and we are inviting applicants to join our team as a Part-time Cleaning Crew Member

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and sanitation standards in various settings. This is a paid position with opportunities for growth and advancement.

Duties:
- Perform general cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Empty trash receptacles and replace liners
- Clean windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and request replenishment as needed
- Follow established cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Adhere to company policies and regulations

Qualifications:
- Previous experience in cleaning or janitorial services preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Good communication skills to effectively interact with team members and clients
- Physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift heavy objects if necessary
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or overtime as needed
