Job Summary: The Resinous Flooring & Polished Concrete Installer/Helper will assist in the completion of commercial flooring construction projects.
Job Responsibilities:
- Install various types of resinous flooring, including epoxy, urethane, and decorative coatings
- Prepare concrete surfaces by grinding, shot blasting, and other mechanical means
- Apply polished concrete techniques, including grinding, honing, and sealing
- Mix and apply coatings, overlays, and sealers
- Ensure proper adhesion and smooth application of materials
- Operate and maintain flooring equipment and tools
- Follow safety protocols and company guidelines
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
- Experience in resinous flooring and/or polished concrete preferred (will train the right candidate)
- Willingness to travel for projects if necessary
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a drug screen
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks
- Comfortable working in various environments, including construction sites
- Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
