FMM is seeking a motivated professional to fulfill our Project Coordinator position. FMM is a maintenance and construction company servicing both residential and commercial clients nationwide.
Job Summary: This position will work closely with Project Managers in tracking projects, obtaining and submitting bids and scheduling subs.

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: (Included but not limited to)
- Work in Progress schedule
- Review budget costs prior to submittal to client
- Prepare submittal logs
- Check Submittals
- Prepare and maintain RFI log
- Document and submit change orders

Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent written and verbal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in contractor accounting systems such as CMiC or similar
- Excellent leadership skills
- Ability to work with a team and independently
Education and Experience:
- Minimum of three years of experience in the Construction field
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field is preferred
- Work experience in lieu of degree will be accepted when work experience is applicable to the related field
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at a time
- Ability to pass a Fit for Duty Screening
