An excellent opportunity to join the team in our corporate office as an Invoicing Coordinator at Facilities Performance Group, LLC. The ideal candidate for this position will have at least 2 years of experience in accounting or billing.
The successful Invoicing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating the billing process for our customers and producing invoices in a variety of formats and frequencies according to procedures in a timely and accurate manner. Will also receive various one-time and/or limited projects from senior management.
Responsibilities:
Accurately generate and submit customer invoices according to procedures.
Account Reconciliations.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports.
Plan and coordinate with team members to ensure all deadlines are met.
Follow up on past due accounts.
Communicate effectively with customers and staff, while handling inquiries and issues in a courteous, professional manner.
Assist with Month End Closings.
Required Qualifications/ Skills:
Excel skills is a must.
Good at working independently, and the wisdom to know when to ask for guidance.
Must be able to organize, manage, and complete multiple tasks while meeting deadlines.
Attention to detail should be second nature.
Being a team player is of utmost importance.
Computer knowledge with MS Office and accuracy with 10-key is required.
Accurate filing, scanning, and data entry in order to maintain vendor and customer files.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good at following documented processes and workflows.
Schedule: Monday- Friday, 8am - 4: 30pm
