Noritz America Commercial Water Heating SE / Mid-ATL Regional Sales Manager
SUMMARY: Noritz America is seeking a Hungry, Self-Driven, Dynamic Win-Hunter to join the Commercial Tankless Water Heating Sales team in the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic markets. This regional sales manager travels the Southeast and Mid-Atlantic regions up to 50% of the time, speaking with prospective new contacts in the industry and stimulating sales through relationship building. This commercial plumbing expert boasts substantial technical knowledge of tankless water heating and plumbing systems, is internally goal-driven with a passion for success, has exemplary communication skills and is committed to exceeding expectations. This Regional Sales Manager's efforts directly influence and drive regional market share, generating new business and increasing profits across the U.S.
You'll ease into things with some ride-alongs and counter days, as well as some technical equipment training, then ease into creating new opportunities independently. The current team is strong in tenure and wants to see someone professional join and remain on the team long-term. This role requires a self-driven charger who can apply a strategic mindset, strong leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the market and customer needs.

- Application of existing commercial tankless water heating knowledge;
- Create, maintain and increase market influence in the assigned region(s);
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify new opportunities;
- Create new connections through relationship building and creation;
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers;
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve targets and increase market share;
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations;
- Negotiate pricing and contracts with customers to maximize profitability;
- Provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process;
- Collaborate w/ internal teams to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction;
- Current on industry trends, competitors, and new product developments;
REQUIREMENTS
- Must reside in / near major travel hub (ideally, Atlanta, GA);
- Must be legally authorized to work in the US, have valid DL & insurable MVR;
- MUST have 4 yr of COMMERCIAL TANKLESS WATER HEATING experience;
- Proven history of successful outside sales experience;
- Self-managing, motivated and driven to achieve targets and goals;
- Dynamic and outgoing engagement style and exceptional follow-through;
- Confident presence / delivery during business engagements or presentations;
- Ability to manage multiple training initiatives simultaneously;
- Ability to work independently with little or no direction;
- Proficiency in MS Office, Netsuite, Sharepoint, social media & email ideal
