Plumbing Warehouse Picker / Packer - Full Time $14 - $18 ( Entry Level )
SUMMARY: Checks incoming goods for accuracy and distributes them timely. Makes up part kits, helps stock vehicles. Notifies manager of concerns right away. Safely operates company vehicles on local parts runs. Acts as an executive driver during planned company events (occasional, planned). Performs basic visual inspections on fleet vehicles. This is a fun job that's usually steady, sometimes busy. On the job training is provided, but some material handling and warehouse experience is highly preferred. Must be reliable.
Must be 21 , authorized to work in US, valid DL, insurable MVR & 1 yr warehouse.

ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/FUNCTIONS:
- Safely operate company vehicle shuttling guests to/from local venues
- These are PLANNED COMPANY EVENTS (notice is provided well in advance)
- Deliver red carpet professionalism and customer service to those in transit
- Physically inspect, check in, unload and deliver incoming goods daily;
- Pick, package, and label outgoing same day shipments;
- Contact vendors / follow up on open incoming or outgoings;
- Use shipping programs and websites to ship according to schedule;
- Double-check received orders against Packing List and Purchase Order(s)
- Escalate discrepancies and concerns immediately to the Warehouse Manager.
- Organize and maintain stock
- Occasionally audit part bin locations (inventory)
- Pick, kit and stage parts; pick restock for outbound fleet vehicles;
- Assist with regular inventory cycle counts and reconciliation of inventory;
- Drive company vehicles on materials or parts runs;
- Work w/ gas and waste company contacts on supply/storage/disposal;
- Keep warehouse safe, clean, maintained and keep scrap down.
- Assisting with the visual inspection of vehicles and trailers
- Coordinating planned maintenance of fleet vehicles
- Work with local fleet maintenance company on setting up and dropping off vehicles that need service
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Frequently required to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and climb stairs or ladders. Must be able to lift, push, pull and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally. Requires regular use of hands and fingers to handle, feel, and operate tools, equipment, and controls. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms to retrieve items from shelves. Must have adequate vision (with or without corrective lenses) and hearing to safely operate warehouse equipment and vehicles and to read and interpret documents. Ability to work in a warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and odors.
REQUIREMENTS FOR CONSIDERATION:
- 21 ; US Work Authorization; Valid DL; Insurable MVR
- 1 - 2 yr warehouse material handling experience;
- Stable work history and great customer service highly preferred
