Job Summary

Grupo Eulen’s Facility Services division is seeking a results-driven Key Account Manager to oversee and manage key client relationships within our Commercial Cleaning Services portfolio. The successful candidate will ensure client satisfaction, drive retention, and identify opportunities to expand service offerings, all while ensuring compliance with client standards and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned key accounts, fostering strong client relationships.
• Understand clients’ specific cleaning and facility needs and ensure service delivery aligns with their expectations.
• Conduct regular meetings with clients to review performance, address concerns, and propose value-added services.
• Work closely with field supervisors and cleaning staff to align service delivery with client expectations.
• Provide feedback and coaching to teams to maintain and improve service quality.
• Collaborate with operations teams to ensure cleaning services are delivered efficiently and to high-quality standards.
• Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), service-level agreements (SLAs), and contract compliance.
• Develop and implement account plans that align with client objectives.
• Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional services to existing clients, such as deep cleaning, specialized disinfection, or green cleaning solutions.
• Partner with the sales team to support client expansion or renewal negotiations.
• Track account budgets, ensuring profitability while adhering to contractual commitments.
• Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facilities Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 5 years of experience or more in account management, preferably within the facility services or commercial cleaning industry.

• Financial acumen with experience managing budgets and contracts.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.

Travel

• Availability to travel as needed to client locations within the assigned region to or more than 50% (ex.75%)

Work Environment

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines. The noise level in the work environment is typical of that of an office. Incumbents may encounter frequent interruptions throughout the workday.

Physical Demands

This is largely a sedentary role and requires being able to remain in a stationary position for prolonged periods of time. Occasionally, the person in this position is required to move/traverse inside the office to access file cabinets, office equipment, etc. The person in this position regularly communicates with others in person, by pho ne, or by correspondence.
