What are the responsibilities and job description for the Groundskeeper position at Facility Pros LLC?
Great job for Semi-Retired individual. We are looking for an exterior grounds maintenance person to clean patio furniture, water plants, spray down boat docks, exterior cleaning of windows on doors, cleaning spider webs off building, mopping plaza area floors, litter patrol, etc for a condo complex that overlooks Lake Waubesa. Job starts on May 19th and ends on Oct 10th. Job to be performed 5 days a week for a total of 3 hours per day. Typically would want to start work between 8-10am and be done by 2pm.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary
Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
