RESULT STATEMENT:
As Operations Manager, you will build and lead high-performing cleaning teams while ensuring consistent, excellent service delivery to our clients while remaining profitable: 95% or better cleaning efficiency
Strategic Responsibilities:
- Drive mission alignment across all operational activities
- Monitor and analyze key performance metrics through operations dashboards
- Develop quarterly, monthly, and weekly planning based on mission objectives and performance data
- Create and implement systems for consistent service delivery
- Design and optimize processes for operational efficiency
- Prioritize your nightly operations
- Client satisfaction is number one priority
Tactical Responsibilities:
- Conduct weekly meetings with direct reports using structured frameworks and personal priority speed checks
- Review performance reports and create action plans to improve under-performing locations/ teams
- Equip teams with proper knowledge through thorough routine training
- Perform routine audits of supervisor performance and provide feedback/ of locations that do not have supervisors
- Launch new service locations, ensuring successful initial service and proper documentation
- Manage interview processes and new hire on-boarding
- Ensure proper equipment and supplies are available at all service locations
Required Qualifications:
- 2 years of operations management experience, preferably in cleaning or facilities management
- Proven track record of team leadership and development
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Availability for occasional weekend oversight
