JOB DESCRIPTION
As the Account Manager, you will serve as the liaison between FSG and one of our largest national customers. Your core priority is addressing customers' needs and concerns as quickly and effectively as possible to develop and maintain strong relationships. You will find solutions to their lighting issues, provide solutions-based lighting quotes and work day to day building strong relationships. Day-to-day tasks include building proposals, communicating with vendors, communicating with key members within the account, and contributing to solve lighting issues as they arise.

- Weekly meetings on progress
- Communicate with clients to ensure all their needs are understood and addressed.
- Building Strong client relationships to maintain existing business and acquire new FSG product and services.
- Proactively engage with customers.
- Collaborating with local operation and corporate solutions teams to ensure fulfilling all customers’ needs and requests.
- Acting as the clients representative and in a firm to ensure that their demands are met with focus on improving the customer experience.
- Collecting and analyzing data concerning consumer behavior to understand changing needs.
- Contact customers to review their business and ensure customer loyalty.
- Resolve outstanding customers issues in a timely manner.
- Identify opportunities to increase customer profitability and drive company revenue
- Work with all operations to deliver maximum customer retention, revenue, and net profit.
- Strong customer facing skills. (Executive presence, writing skills, phone skills, email skills)
- Demonstrates a highly professional demeanor
- Take ownership of customer issues and drives to resolution
- Customer service and retention of existing clients.
- Ability to communicate and comprehend positions and interests, manage conflict develop alternatives and compromise appropriately.

- Maintain FSG internal CRM, “Engage” with latest opportunities.

- Experience in commercial lighting strongly preferred
- Must be proficient in Excel, PowerPoint and Word.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to multitask while staying organized
- Positive customer service skills
- Proficiency with technology and electronics strongly preferred.
