The Role You’ll Play
- Strategic Relationship Builder: Foster strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers in construction, commercial real estate, and facilities management.
- Hunter Mentality: Identify and secure new opportunities within Kansas City, focusing on general contractors, developers, and end-users.
- Sales Growth Champion: Elevate sales in modular partitions, access flooring, and design services.
- Regional Expansion: Support FSI’s push into neighboring states, including Missouri, Nebraska, Iowa, and Oklahoma.
- Account Management & Client Retention: Deliver exceptional service and ensure repeat business with key accounts.

Qualifications
- 5 years of B2B sales and business development experience (ideally in construction, modular interiors, or commercial real estate).
- Proven success in selling specialty construction products or facility management solutions.
- Strong relationship-building, negotiation, and networking skills.
- Experience with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Kansas City market knowledge is preferred.
- Willingness to travel regionally for growth, but your focus will remain on Kansas City.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
