What are the responsibilities and job description for the ACD / Copywriter position at Fact & Fiction?
Who You Are:
Are you the type of person who dreams in copy? First off that’s not healthy, second off you might be who we’ve been dreaming about. Can you turn a social post from a certain beer brand that rhymes with WhoDoo Danger into a viral sensation? Do you have the conceptual skills to craft a SuperBowl spot that makes every SuperBowl party stop and say “REWIND IT!” Could you even help make this job description sound better, because writing is hard. If you’re nodding your head (and hopefully smiling), we want to meet you!
As an ACD at Fact & Fiction, you are both conceptual and strategic, a leader and a doer. You are the master of your craft—from narrative storytelling to punchy social headlines to bold brand manifestos for campaigns. You’re in tune with culture and are inspired by human behavior. You love to find a kernel of insight that becomes an impossibly great idea, get in the weeds with your team, and build the damn thing. Ultimately, you inspire those around you, collaborate with clients to tell a story, build a brand, illustrate an idea, and craft top-tier work.
It’s a lot of responsibility. But the payoff is huge. Because we’re not just looking to fill a role. We’re looking for someone who wants to help inspire the development of the creative culture at Fact & Fiction. This position will be exactly what you make of it. If you're ambitious, proactive and collaborative, you’re going to find a home with us.
