Role : QA Lead

• Key Responsibilities

• Lead the QA team, including mentoring, coaching for the tech stack and the product.
• Develop, implement, and maintain comprehensive test strategies, plans, and cases.
• Oversee manual and automated testing efforts to ensure software reliability.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to understand requirements and define quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track defects using issue-tracking tools.
• Enhance automation frameworks and improve test efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in QA processes.
• Provide regular status updates and reports on QA activities and test progress.
• Drive continuous improvement in quality assurance methodologies.
• Participate in requirement reviews, design discussions, and sprint planning meetings.
• Assist in setting up and maintaining test environments and data.

• Qualifications & Skills
• Experience: 5 years in QA, with at least 2 years in a lead role.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, tools, and processes.
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest, Requests, Cypress, Playwright, Postman).
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments.
• Knowledge of API testing and performance testing tools.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps testing practices.
• Experience with cloud-based testing tools and environments.
• Experience preferred using GenAI tools to create testing artifacts such as test scenarios, test cases, test data, and automated scripting code.
• Experience preferred testing agentic AI applications.
• Proficiency in bug-tracking and test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication.
• Preferred Qualifications
• ISTQB or other relevant certifications.
