What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sprinkler Technician position at Factor Irrigation Inc.?
Factor Irrigation is a small, growing company based in Coventry, RI. We have been installing residential Irrigation Systems all over Rhode Island for over 20 years. We feature WIFI Controllers, Pest Control Injection and specialty water filtration options that are built into a fully automated watering system and all accessible from the outside of the home.
We are looking to train one Sprinkler Technician who can help us install sprinkler systems all over the Rhode Island area during the summer months. No previous experience required. Basic Electrical and/or Plumbing knowledge is good. We are looking for smart, reliable individuals, with a basic drivers license and not afraid to get dirty. Starting pay is based on experience and can range from 20 to 30 dollars/hr. Even if you are starting from scratch, the quicker you learn, the faster your pay can rise. You will need to be in good physical condition, and required to perform labor intensive tasks.
We have also invented several products for our marketplace. We manufacture and sell them to contractors and distributors all around the country. We've set up our new building for manufacturing and assembling products during the winter months, to be sold on the market to Irrigation Contractors during the summer. Our shop is equipped with Bridgeports, Lathe, CNC Milling, Welding equipment and more.
