Description
- Supervises the presentation of the food that is made
- Makes orders of disposable material (cups and plates)
- Helps with the activities of the department such as : serving, cooking, and handling the register
- Is responsible to know the ingredients that are used for a meal on the menu
- Is responsible to verify that the co-workers of the department prepare each one of the plates from the menu when they are asked for
- Is responsible to know the price of each product on the menu in the department
- Is responsible to have announced in sight to the public the menu with the new prices on the correspondent board
- Supervises the hygiene of the personnel of the department
- Suggests new plates for sale
