This role plays a key part in purchasing, inventory management, invoice processing, reporting, and documentation updates. This position pays: $22.00 - $26.00
A Day In The Life of A Facilities Administrator:
Planning and scheduling facility department activities - PMs/repairs/projects
Purchasing spare parts and supplies
Inventory management – ensure critical parts are in stock
Break down invoices and ensure the costs are input into the correct account strings for processing
Update Facilities logs, PMs into Megamation
Keep track of site contract labor hired and reconcile at the end of each month for billing
You will work a set schedule of Monday to Friday 7:00am – 3:30pm
What We're Looking For From You:
3 years of experience in office administration is preferred
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing philosophy
Related experience in equipment planning considered an asset
High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (intermediate or advanced in Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
High level of English proficiency (spoken/written/grammar/punctuation)
Able to multitask under tight deadlines; set priorities; perform responsible and difficult administrative work involving the use of independent judgment and personal initiative
