This position pays: $30.00- $35.00/hour
A Day In The Life of A Marketing Design Specialist:
Packaging Design
Design: Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product Development teams to brainstorm and generate innovative ideas and generate design proposals to be presented to stakeholders
Production: Edit, process and maintain labels, digital files/artwork, package artwork, and prepare files for internal and external printing
Consistency: Maintain label consistency standards and follow established filing and file naming protocols. Create style sheets, master pages and templates using InDesign.
Marketing Materials
Print & Digital Ads: Design and update print and digital ads
Digital Assets: Design and update social media, email, website and other digital assets
Point-of-Sale (POS) Materials: Develop creative and effective POS materials (including, but not limited to signage, brochures, displays, posters, promotional items)
Promotional Materials: Design a variety of materials including quarterly promotions, flyers, show deals and event materials
Presentations: Design templates and format education, sales, data and marketing decks
Printing: Review print proofs and final prints, working with internal and external printers
You will work a set shift of Monday to Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
What We're Looking For From You:
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or similar discipline, completion of graphic design certificate program, or combination of education and experience
Minimum 3-5 years’ experience as a graphic designer, production artist or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing design and POS materials
Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Premiere Pro) is required.
Professional proficiency with MS Office (PowerPoint – expert; Excel, Word, Outlook – intermediate)
