What are the responsibilities and job description for the Talent Business Partner position at Factors Group of Nutritional Companies?
We’re excited to offer a rare opening on our US HR team due to an internal promotion. As our new Talent Business Partner, you’ll serve as the “face of HR,” playing a key role in attracting, hiring, and retaining exceptional talent to support our continued growth.
You’ll work directly with hiring managers to understand business needs and guide the full employee lifecycle, from recruitment and onboarding to development and engagement. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, people-first environment and enjoys building strong relationships across the organization and within our community. You’re an HR professional who loves to recruit, rather than a dedicated talent acquisition specialist.
We’re a growing company and a leading manufacturer of nutritional supplements, dedicated to enhancing the wellbeing of our customers and our people. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact and grow with us, we’d love to hear from you!
This is an onsite role with flexibility to work 1–2 days remotely per week after successful completion of the probationary period. Occasional support outside of standard hours will be required to align with our 24-hour facility operations.
This position pays: $75,000-90,000 salary/exempt
