In the Production Lead position, you will be responsible for leading and supervising the production of our company's products by managing inventory and overseeing staff members in a fast-paced environment. To be successful in this role, you need to have strong leadership skills, a background in manufacturing, and the ability to effectively manage multiple projects at once. Responsibilities:
- Meet with production planning staff to identify potential bottlenecks.
- Work with production staff to solve potential problems.
- Regularly go on the shop floor to observe production and talk to staff.
- Communicate issues, concerns, and opportunities with supervisor.
