Installation Manager-Windows and Doors

Job Description:
Factory Direct Windows & Doors is seeking an experienced and reliable Installation Manager to lead and oversee our window and door installation operations. This role requires a detail-oriented individual with hands-on installation experience who can manage crews, ensure job readiness, perform quality checks, and occasionally assist with small installation jobs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and schedule all window and door installations
• Conduct pre-installation job site checks to ensure readiness
• Supervise install crews and subcontractors to ensure quality and efficiency
• Perform smaller installations and assist on jobs when necessary
• Manage materials, tools, and job documentation
• Follow up with customers post-installation to ensure satisfaction
• Troubleshoot on-site issues as needed
• Ensure jobs meet code and pass inspections when required
• Communicate regularly with office staff and sales team

Qualifications:

• 3 years of window and door installation experience
• Experience managing crews or job sites
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to perform physical labor and lift heavy materials
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Basic computer skills for scheduling and communication

Preferred:

• Bilingual (English/Spanish)
• Knowledge of permitting and inspection processes
• Experience with CRM or project management software

Compensation:
Pay based on experience. Company vehicle or mileage reimbursement may be provided.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $25.00 - $35.00 per hour
