✅ Conduct outbound follow-up calls to ensure customer satisfaction
✅ Maintain a friendly and professional demeanor using strong phone etiquette
✅ Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
✅ Perform data entry with accuracy and speed

✔ Tech-savvy – comfortable using computer systems and ecommerce platforms
✔ Bilingual? Huge plus! (English another language)
