As an Experience Design Co-Op, you will have the opportunity to work on real-world problems and solutions with a team of talented designers. Your projects may consist of research and design activities that support our technology products.
Qualifications
Schedule
- Must be able to work full time 37.5 hours a week for 6 months.
- Hours: 9am to 5pm EST Monday- Friday
Education
Must be enrolled as a full-time student studying design or a design-related degree program in an undergraduate 4-year accredited institution or pursuing a graduate degree during the Fall 2025 Semester be considered.
Technical Skills
- Collaborating with designers and product owners to deliver compelling design solutions
- Using and contributing to the design system to promote design consistency and efficiency
- Creating user journeys, storyboards, task flows, wireframes, and prototypes
- Tracking and communicating project status
- Managing workload and meeting deadlines
Experience in some or all of the following areas:
- User interface design
- User experience design
- User research
- Design systems
- Figma (or other design and prototyping tools)
Basic understanding of the following concepts is preferred:
- Understanding user needs
- Usability and accessibility best practices
- Designing for complex systems
- Gathering requirements
- Software development process
Soft Skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting
- Problem solving and critical thinking
- Attention to detail
- Desire and willingness to learn new technologies
The hiring range for this position is $24.00 to $33.00 per hour. The final salary offer will vary based on geographic location, individual education, skills, and experience.
