Job Summary :

The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts at Factory6 Inc, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that revenue targets are achieved.

Duties / Responsibilities :

  • Manages a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that revenue targets are achieved.
  • Builds and maintains relationships with key customers, and acts as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests.
  • Collaborates with departments, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production, to ensure that all customer requirements are met and that customers are satisfied with Factory6 Inc"s products and services.
  • Develops account plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth, and identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Prepares and presents account reviews to senior management, including revenue forecasts, customer feedback, and action plans.
  • Ensures that all customer data and information is accurately recorded and maintained in the company"s CRM system.
  • Participates in customer meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise on product development and manufacturing.
  • Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to support sales efforts.
  • Continuously monitors industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and sales growth.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and related software preferred.
  • Qualifications :

  • Bachelor"s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field OR
  • At least three years of related experience required.
  • Familiarity with quality and regulatory requirements for product development (e.g., FDA, EPA, GMP).
  • Physical Requirements :

  • This position may require moving materials up to 25 pounds.
  • May require occasional travel.
  • The pay range for this role is :

    60,000 - 75,000 USD per year(US)
