Job Summary:
The Account Manager will be responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts at Factory6 Inc, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that revenue targets are achieved.

Duties/Responsibilities:
- Manages a portfolio of accounts, ensuring that customer needs are met and exceeded, and that revenue targets are achieved.
- Builds and maintains relationships with key customers, and acts as the primary point of contact for all customer inquiries and requests.
- Collaborates with departments, including R&D, Quality Control, and Production, to ensure that all customer requirements are met and that customers are satisfied with Factory6 Inc's products and services.
- Develops account plans and strategies to achieve revenue growth, and identifies opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Prepares and presents account reviews to senior management, including revenue forecasts, customer feedback, and action plans.
- Ensures that all customer data and information is accurately recorded and maintained in the company's CRM system.
- Participates in customer meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise on product development and manufacturing.
- Collaborates with the marketing team to develop and execute marketing campaigns and programs to support sales efforts.
- Continuously monitors industry trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for new product development and sales growth.
- Performs other related duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements:
- This position may require moving materials up to 25 pounds.
- May require occasional travel.
Salary : $60,000 - $75,000
