- Troubleshoot, maintain, repair, and modify all mechanical systems.
- Use precision measuring tools and work with close tolerances up to .0010.
- Work with management to improve work area, safety, quality, cost, and productivity.
- High school diploma, GED, or Vocational or Technical degree
- 2 years of experience as an industrial mechanic
- Desire to operate and maintain Silgan's can lines by performing and documenting quality checks and measurements
