As part of the Performance product management team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping and advancing FactSet's performance solutions, including FactSet Performance Solution (FPS), Portfolio Vault, and the forthcoming FactSet Total Return Solution. This role offers the opportunity to sit at the critical junction of client needs, market opportunities, and cutting-edge technology, driving the development of products that are not only competitive but essential to our clients' success.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As the Senior Product Manager - Performance Solutions, you will oversee the full lifecycle of FactSet's performance product suite, from discovery and strategy to execution and launch. This involves working across Product, Sales, Managed Services, Professional Services, and Support teams to prioritize enhancements and ensure we consistently meet and exceed client expectations.

Collaborate with the Senior Principal Product Manager to create and communicate a clear product vision, value proposition, and roadmap aligned with FactSet's broader business goals.
Product Execution :
As part of this role, you will also monitor the ongoing performance of products post-launch, ensuring they continue to meet client needs. This includes addressing support escalations, troubleshooting, and identifying opportunities to improve usability and reduce support costs.
