Responsibilities:
- Assist in the development of automation tools and orchestration solutions to streamline security workflows.
- Collaborate with cybersecurity engineers to identify and implement automation opportunities that optimize resources and reduce costs.
- Participate in designing scalable and robust enterprise-grade applications to improve security team efficiency.
- Support the evaluation and integration of industry-standard orchestration solutions through prototypes and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
- Contribute to research on emerging technologies that can creatively address challenges faced by the security team.
- Help document and transfer support of applications to operational teams.
- Engage actively in cybersecurity engineering discussions, offering insights and contributions from a developer perspective.
- Support troubleshooting efforts and propose enhancements to existing security tools.
- Students pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, PowerShell, Shell Scripting, or SQL.
- Familiarity with web development using frameworks like VueJS, AngularJS, or ReactJS.
- Basic understanding of REST API development and web server technologies.
- Knowledge of database systems such as SQL Server, MySQL, or PostgreSQL.
- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
