About the Role :
The Innovis Support Representative provides technical and product support through email and over the phone for Innovis products, Innovis customers, and Innovis sales reps. Ensures that new customer setups function properly. Troubleshoots technical issues.
This is a remote position that is based in Pittsburgh, PA. This role may require occasional in-person attendance at work-related events at the discretion of management.
What You'll Do :
- Confirm new account setups are configured properly.
- Work with Sales and the customer to test new batch accounts and places accounts into production after successful testing.
- Answer questions about Innovis products and assist in troubleshooting technical issues.
- Promptly reply to emails and resolve problems quickly and accurately.
- Train new customers on product and systems usage.
- Escalate unresolved issues to Innovis Support Manager.
- Schedule conference calls to conduct batch tests.
- Ensure that all account configurations are exactly as requested by Sales or the customer before putting them into production.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately document all elements of a batch test, an account setup change request, and a technical problem.
- Implement the policies and procedures established in the Innovis Support Manual.
- Other duties as assigned.
