What are the responsibilities and job description for the Data Analyst (Hybrid Position) - Radiation Oncology position at Faculty Physicians Inc.?
Provides support of other analyst staff, performs research, data gathering and preparation, data mapping, etc., ensuring accuracy; extracts and synthesizes large amounts of data from multiple databases by building basic queries and manipulating the data in Excel; builds, formats, and/or updates basic tables, queries, forms, and reports; tests and maintains accurate datasets; creates reports on a wide range of metrics in various formats for both internal and external clients. Works in collaboration with team to ensure the proper prioritization of projects and requests. Stores and organizes documentation appropriately; and other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare Administration, Finance, Economics, Statistics or other related field
- Prior professional experience in analytical role is required
- 1-2 years’ experience in health care industry preferred

The referenced base salary range represents the low and high end of University of Maryland’s Faculty Physician’s Inc. salary range for this position. Some candidates will not be eligible for the upper end of the salary range. Exact salary will ultimately depend on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's geographic location, skills, work experience, market conditions, internal equity, responsibility factor and span of control, education/training and other qualifications.
